The People! I love coaching at Koa because of the incredible folks who are part of our community. Each person actively chooses to begin or end their day here, united in the goal of becoming stronger, happier, and healthier together.

For a short time in college, I had the honor of being Kutztown University's mascot (Go Golden Bears!). It was an absolute blast, but I’m definitely good for the rest of my life without ever having to do the Gangnam Style again.
