  • Whatever the vibe is! Some good Drum n’ Bass or Dance on those hard days, something to sing along to when you need a little pep to move to, and little Latin Pop on cold days to bring the warmth!

  • Handstands!!! They are so accessible (no, really!) and there are so many progressions - it is one of those movements where there is always something to work on. They never get boring and you always get excited when you do them!

  • To give back!

    Growing up playing soccer, I would not have made it as far as I did without help. Coaches, teammates, and PTs, are only some of the resources that made soccer ACCESSIBLE.

    Today, I am here to provide a place for the community to stay active. Providing health equity and accessibility is what drives me. And seeing the genuine excitement you feel when you do something hard!
